Also my old ticket which i raised 4 days back is also not answered so far. My Problem is : I have made a payment of 469.97 usd to hakshop to purchase a set of products and the same invoice was shared with the DHL for the customs clearance in INDIA. Now the shipment is put on hold because the shipment document provided by hakshop is having a price value of 369.97 usd instead of 469.97 usd. So the customs clearance is on hold. Kindly help me go through this, and also i want to make sure am receiving all the product for which i have made the payment of 469.97 usd.
