Could you maybe say a bit more about what you're doing? What commands did you issue up until this point? Did those work? What is the exact command that fails? How does it show that it failed?

Basically, you're currently telling me "It doesn't work" and you're going to have to tell me quite a bit more before I or anybody else for that matter can be of any use to you.
