so I have been using RTL-SDR and I have found an internal TV tunner and does it work with RTL SDR software??? I have tested it but nothing shows up so if any one knows how it works or doesn't work replay.

Its to do with the tuner chip and raw I/Q frames and sending them directly to the computer, if your dongle can't send these raw I/Q frames, it can't do SDR.

To find out your tuner chip - crack open the case, and read the letters and numbers off the small black square - may require a magnifying glass

tnx for that replay I just make it work it was a driver issue and I am making a video about how it works so I will post the link when I am done.
