Here are my suggestions: Windows ok, lets say SPs, Antivirus is set up Firefox gaim Gnupg Truecrypt nmap Whireshark netstumbler WinSCP Skype Keynote putty deepburner OpenOffice Linux (if no Live CD with all on it...)
