Ser1ous
Hello, Im new to most of these pentest programs and what-not so I figured a GUI would be a nice place to start. I am running Backtrack 4 Final through a Virtual Machine and I keep trying to get Armitage to run but I get all the way to the first pop up and when I start MSF I get "[-]Invalid Driver Specified" followed by "unable to connect to database" and this java.lang.RuntimeException: Error reading response: Connection reset at msf.RpcConnectionImpl.readResp(RpcConnectionImpl.java:189) at msf.RpcConnectionImpl.exec(RpcConnectionImpl.java:101) at msf.RpcConnectionImpl.cacheExecute(RpcConnectionImpl.java:321) at msf.RpcConnectionImpl.execute(RpcConnectionImpl.java:299) at armitage.CommandClient.exec(CommandClient.java:65) at armitage.CommandClient.run(CommandClient.java:41) at java.lang.Thread.run(Thread.java:619) I tried updating ruby, and ran through a couple different codes I found with google.. but I still cant fix this. Its also 2am so this my be worded horribly. Anyway thanks in advance for your help, and sorry if this is the wrong place to post this. :P
Jamo
You should check armitages home page. FastAndEasyHacking.com there is a way to fix that invalid driver problem. You should also update metasploit. cd /pentest/exploits/trunk svn up i

Mr-Protocol
If Armitage is slow since yesterday, set env NOFOOL to 1. April Fools day joke in MSF also caused many Armitage comms to MSF to go very slow -from Armitage twitter
