Zipit Problem

Hi guys, I just got my zipitz2 and I've been working on installing side-track. However, I've run into a few problems :

1. Instead of waiting for the device to shut down after flashing openzipit I stupidly powered it off when it was at the openzipit screen, after the flash

2. wind32 disk imager refuses to work under windows 7, any recommendations?

1 shouldn't be a problem, 2 cold be solved by finding a win xp box or booting into linux (maybe from usb) and using dd to copy the image over ex. "dd if=directoryofimage of=/dev/sdc"

I could'nt get it done in windows, I booted into ubuntu and got it done there
