ArkNinja
Hello all, I was wondering if there was a way to make the BIOS interpret the USB Key as a USB CD/DVD-ROM drive, as I know that on a few of the computers I have poked around on have USB devices blocked from booting, but not USB external drives. I know there is U3, but as far as I know, that does not work for BIOS and only spoofs it for Windows itself. Thank you in advance.
IOSys
The CD-ROM isn't "spoofed", it IS a USB CD-drive (except for the motor, the laser, the plastic-disk and all the other mechanical crap).. Some BIOS will boot from it, some wont :( http://wiki.hak5.org/wiki/Talk:Memorex_U3_ISO_Hack A few controllers have something called "single-disk autorun"allowing you to turn the entire device into a USB CD-ROM without any mass-storage device, that might help with some BIOS .. www.flashboot.ru is your friend when you need tools to load the ISO to non-sandisk UFD's ..
