smunro Posted July 11, 2009 Share Posted July 11, 2009 has any one tried running a dell poweredge 2900 with esxi 4.0 with a free nas virt machine? reason i ask is that i have one dual quad cores 32 gigss memory and (8) 1.5 tb drives, and (8) 146 gig sas drives 15 k. want to move everything off my drobo to there and run osx server, server 08, vista and so forth.
