nick_the_dizzle
Ok so recently I've been getting into using Linux more often(Ubuntu 9.04 and Fedora 10 mostly) and I was wondering if you guys knew of a good open source IP blocker that works like Peer Guardian. I know of MoBlock and I have never used it. Unfortunately, I don't know of any other similar programs that will work with Linux. Part of the reason I am asking is because Peer Guardian 2 does not support 64 bit Vista(which isn't half bad but Win 7 is a much better OS) and the other reason is... well I'm sure you guys can guess why. Any help or suggestions would be much appreciated. Thanks nick

Sparda
IP tables can do this as well, but configuring it is just a bit difficult. Though you could use some thing like firestarter to configure it. Firestarter been a GUI for iptables
