I'm afraid I can't let you do that Dave.

I've seen this video a million times, but it never gets old.
Very funny!

The free ophcrack tables only support alpha-numeric passwords. If you want to crack passwords with any system32 characters, you'll either have to buy those tables or get them off the Pirate Bay. ophcrack only supports tables made by objectif security.
If you want better Rainbow Table software than ophcrack, try http://www.freerainbowtables.com/. They have free tables for most hash encryptions, and with many sizes. The original project can be found at http://www.antsight.com/zsl/rainbowcrack/.
Unfortunately, there are no seeders for the Hak5 tables, so there is currently no way to get them.

I agree wholeheartedly Sparda. Rick Astley is a musical genius!

Phyrrus, this whole post is spam. Nobody cares, and you are obviously just plugging shamelessly.

not really RogueHart. I've been thinking about using it to compile rainbow tables, run aircrack-ng, brute force, and other processor intensive jobs I'd really like to have off my main computer.

3x11 was a tour of the Hak House, was it not?

I have an old laptop I'm attempting to find a use for.
Its perfectly functioning except for the fact that its only network interface is blown, which unfortunately makes the majority of the ideas here useless.
So, any ideas for a standalone box?
Minesweeper

I don't game very much at all. But recently I've taking a Music Tech class, and during the giant gap between projects I started playing Minesweeper.
All I've done for an hour every day for the past two weeks is play Minesweeper.
Screw graphics and shooting and shit. Minesweeper is the most addicting game I've ever played. The only reason I'm running Wine right now is to play it.
Anyway, I just started this thread to gauge community sediment on this work of genius. Should video game companies just give up, knowing that they can never compete?
