  1. So i was wondering, why do we DELAY so much? I've seen numerous of payloads with a bundle of DELAY ranging between 500 x 10^-3 seconds to up to 1000 x 10 ^-3 seconds. Whats the purpose of the DELAY, i mean why would we DELAY at all? Dont we need to preform a quick attack, so why give it a chance for it to take longer to do things? I was wondering, if perhaps i can have a HUGE start Delay to give the USB time to be installed into the computer without the need to press the button! If i say, 10 second Delay up to 15 second, that will give me enough time for my USB driver to install and then have the payload execute in mere milliseconds! So why delay? Also if im doing Mac and Linux, how would i implement the 3 OS together? or am i suppose to only target one OS? I want todo small text images for learning purposes, i want to be able to show my teachers and friends cool pictures when i insert the usb, pictures created in a txt file using a bunch of chars. So is that possible, since there isnt any If Statements like a typical programming language (Can i do duckyscript all in java rather than the scripting language)?
  2. Hey so i have a bit of an issue flashing the USB and how to make sure its flash correctly. So i'm running a linux OS, Linux mint to be precise! I used the Ducky-Flasher to flash the ducky with the new twin Firmware. i choose the original default version of the firmware which provides both the USB Mass Storage as well as the Ducky HID! Anyways, after flashing it, how do i know its flashed with the specific firmware? It currently contains a inject.bin, its the one that the USB came with. So i connected it, and it shows a nice bright purple blueish LED, however, i dont know what the purpose of the DFU is and how i can make it DFU? Also after normally inserting the USB including the Micro on the USB, no Mass Storage appears! I appreciate all the help! EDIIIIITTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTT::: I figured out how to work it out Thanks again for the help !
  3. so I was having a bit of issue, I'm trying to figure out how to flash the USB but haven't had luck, now I come to the conclusion that there is this other firmware called Twin Firmware which in my opinion means we can run two payloads! Now if that's not true please tell me because I don't even know what the twin is, I read the post/thread n still couldn't figure it out! So what is it and what's it's benefit and how can I install it? Thanks !!!
  4. Okay thats understanding, however, the ducky surely can open a CMD and create and Admin, as well as create an admin user thru the selection of buttons like it normally would, but the issue i see, is that i first need to log on to one of the users, so if the current user isnt an Admin, then the Ducky can not create an Admin! Also is it possible to contain two Different Payloads together? Or can i only contain 1 injection.bin file?
  5. I want to begin learning Basic Hacking techniques, mainly for my security. i want to improve my security and possibly create software for linux that can be a great form of security or hacking, You can message me here or add my Skype AndreeU17 im there all the time so thats the best way to contact me! I'm really looking forward to this group ! Try keeping it small, that way we can practice and help each other easily rather than having a convoluted mess !
  6. So i'm working in the IT field as an intership. My current goals in the job are simply assisting students with basic tech knowledge, repairing equipment (Working on my Electrical Engineering Major), setting up Window servers, maintaining Server rooms (Very Limited Work there) and thats about it. My job is simple, but lately i've encounter students with laptops issues, most of the issues has been them not remembering what theyre computer password is. Now these students are a bit older than the average youngster (+30), mainly my instructor has told me to simply hook it into the network via ethernet ports and re-image the laptops, however, i was assuming with my New RUBBER DUCKY USB, i can find a way to either bypass the user account and log in or simply create a temporary Admin user which would allow me access to be able to change the password. Now this might sound fishy but its all for both my pleasure and for educational reasons. I have programming knowledge, so overall my general question is this: Is it possible? Has it already been created? Has it been given to the public for usage? If so can you direct me to the link! Also i work with Linux and Mac computer apart from Windows, so if its possible to find a specific one that can easily target all those OS's then that will be more than great but if not no biggies, my biggest concern is Windows OS since thats what i see most of the time! Thanks!
