  1. Hey guys,

I'm messing around with Deauth. I've given up trying to make it run on the mkv. I think the requirement is a 3rd antenna otherwise, it simply won't work. :(

Anyway, since i don't have a 3rd antenna, I thought why not run a deauth with Kali or something like that?

So i got my netbook and tried:

    aireplay-ng -0 100 -a 00:0F:66:XX:XX:XX mon0

And yes it does deauth BUT it doesn't deauth my windows pc's. (windows 7 & 8)

It does deauth my Android phone.

Therefore, my question is. Why can't it Deauth my Windows computers?

    Thanks,

    cheeo

  2. AWSOME ZARABYTE!!!

I'm really looking forward to seeing those videos. I made a video on how to use Reaver (thanks to raz0r for the intel). It's posted in teh pineapple university section.

Up to now, I know how to use Karma+jammar+sslstrip combo and reaver.

It's a slow learning process but the videos would a HUGE PLUS for us Newbies.

    Cheers!

  3. Hey raz0r,

How did you back up your files on the mkv? Do you need to SSH into it?

I´ve done this before with WifiSlax by simply copying a file from the Reaver directory. (I think the extension is .wpc or something like that).

    Cheers,

  4. Hi guys,

    I have a TP-LINK TL-WN7200ND chipset: Ralink RT2870/3070 DRIVER: rt2800usb.

When connecting it to the MKV I actually have lower signal levels BUT more AP´s.

I can scan APs and set monitor mode (wlan2)

Is this considered compatible? What's throwing me off is the lower signals. (when connected straight to the MKV the APs are GREEN, however when connecting it to TP-LINK TL-WN7200ND the bars are yellow)

    Strange, isn't it?

    Cheers,

    cheeto

    ++UPDATE++

The TP-LINK TL-WN7200ND does not associate with the target AP. I guess it´s safe to conclude that it is not supported.

  5. Thx, but i did reset my network connection. Still my MKV seems to be ineffective with WPS attack.

I really have no idea what the problem could be. Could this be bricked? or broken? :(

    Thanks

    btw.. i will try a RE-flash again

  6. Something is just not right.

My MKV is no longer able to attack WPS. I'm referring to a WPS that it was able to attack before.

As soon as i begin the WPS attack (reaver) I get the following message: "waiting for beacon from xx.xx.xx.xx.xx" and it just get stuck there. 0% progress. (20 minutes)

I tried other WPS and got 0% progress as well.

From time to time I get the red light on my pineapple. Could it be BRICKED?

Btw, I uninstalled and re-installed WPS and still doesn't work.

    Thx.

  7. Xrad!!

I really appreciate your input. I'll be keep an eye on it.

    So lesson learned:

If the MKV failes to boot, Shut it off, remove the SD and it will probably work. After that Reflash the latest firmware update.

    Cheers!!!

  8. ahh ok. because previous to this it was having problems booting while the SD card is in the MKV.

For some unknown reason my new sd class 10 card was corrupt. I formatted it several times in fat 32 and from the MKV in ext format.

I was able to fix this problem by RE-installing the lastest update (1.41) and things seemed to work fine except the unusual red light.

Well if it starts acting up again I'll post a message.

    Thanks for reading.

  9. Hi folks,

My MKV seems to acting up (I guess)

I'm connecting in client mode and from time to time i have the RED LIGHT

firmly lit. It comes and goes actually.

Doesn't the RED light mean "Bad upgrade files"?

I RE-flashed the 1.41 firmware but nothing has changed.

    Should i worry about this?

    Thx,

    cheeto

  10. TNX THCMinister,

So are the steps correct then?

I was able to get my wife's notebook in Karma's Intelligence Report but didn't get anything with SSLstrip. :(

I also assume that it is because of HSTS. :(

Other than WPS attack, what can we use our MKV with? (I have a feeling we're going to have to wait for something new to come up)

    Thanks again!!

  11. Hello,

Can someone give me a hand with KARMA + JAMMER +SSLSTRIP.

Before I get into anything, are these tools actually effective?

    Are these steps correct?

    Here’s what I’m doing:

    a) Start up the MKV.

    b) Got to the KARMA menu and blacklist my mac

    02.jpg

    c) Start karma

    03.jpg

    d) Go to jammer

    e) Select wlan1 and set monitor interface (thru wlan1)

    f) Start jammer

    04.jpg

    g) Start sslstrip

Your input would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks for reading.
