  1. Like digip said Vmware Workstation is Best, i switched to workstation after long battle with virtual box's shitty usb problem, another fine thing i like in workstation is that in fullscreen mode you can easily switch between other vm's without minimize the screen, add 2 cpu if u want extra horse, wireless alfa cards work flawless.there's lot & lot fun & options with Vmware Workstation.

  4. Hello,

I have a very odd question, but i don't have knowledge of this, its bit strange, I have two Virtual machines BT5R3 & Windows XP SP2 running on Vmware Workstation 8, in case if my xp gets infected with backdoors & viruses through penetration testing or visiting warez sites, & if i upload a picture on facebook from same xp machine will my friends pc get virus if they download the same image ?

please share with me your views. sorry for my stupidity...

  5. I would just go with specs of a laptop that support everything you need, fro, drivers and video hardware, to wireless, etc, then make the purchase regardless of whats installed on it. You can always wipe the machine to put linux on, or shrink the partition and then dual boot even, but most every computer you buy, is going to have an OS on them. Manufacturers sell with Windows and Linux these days, but don't let an OS on one stop you from getting the one that has the most compatible hardware and things you want in a device.

For me, I like NewEgg, but just found B&H Photo, which surprisingly, sells some of the same laptops as bigger retailers like BestBuy and Amazon, for half the price in some instances, sometimes even cheaper than NewEgg. My mother-in-law's boyfriend just bought an i5 Sony Vaio for like $300 less than everywhere else during their Black Friday sale, so check them out too for cheap laptops with decent specs.

    what laptop u r using now ? i mean brand & spec ?
