  1. looks good, gonna wait for the .2 ver and toss it on a thumb drive, gonna test gnacktrack next week as well
  2. I still have my old zip disks. I didn't want to destroy them until I could read them again and see what is on them. Old vers. of Netscape Communicator and Mcafee's (licensed:321 days) and plenty of 95 osr2 beta's probably on them. Recently found an internal zip drive on an old computer someone tossed. Soon I'll plug er in and go back in time.
  3. pentium (just before mmx was introduced), igb hd, 256 ram, s3 verge or savage graphics, 33.6 modem, and a crazy expensive add-on Voodoo 2 12mb graphics card (so Duke Nukem would be cooler). Oh yeah and the original iomega zip drive (loved the click of death thingy). All those wasted zip disks. $25 bucks a pop :-(
  4. http://www.youtube.com/user/ChRiStIaAn008 This guy's channel is great. Really good demo was the one "You spent all that money and still got pwned"
  5. Don't waste your money on this one: "Professional Penetration Testing: Creating and Operating a Formal Hacking Lab" Expensive and there are much better ones available. "Dissecting The Hack" revised ed, is an excellent start. Economically speaking use a netbook turn it on it's side like a book rotate a pdf 90° view in full screen and viola an easy navigable book. If you aren't using the reg adobe pdf reader you can more than likely make your own bookmarks as well.
  6. Logitech V400 has a protective rubber bumper so it can take abuse when travelling. I've had it for quite a few years now and it's still flawless.
  7. Wififofum on a mobile and find him/her and leave a polite f/u cease and desist or get pwned note on their door.
  8. In Canada any computer counterattack is still illegal. The law is the law is the ... 2 wrongs don't make .... blah blah. Unfortunately you're gonna have to limit your range like you said or spend some bucks. Good luck.
