I have the Dell Diagnostic CD and WinPe running on my drive. Dell diagnostics (use the iso) title Dell Diagnostics find --set-root /delldiags.iso map --mem /delldiags.iso (hd32) map --hook root (hd32) chainloader (hd32) And Winpe (extracted to the root of the drive) title WinPE chainloader /boot/bootmgr Grub2 It may run differentially for someone else, I made my multiboot with this which recently popped up on Lifehacker.

I have found PoratableApps more setup and removal friendly (free too!).
