I swear first time I read that I didn't even know he was speaking english. I think he has made a forum worst in that post, every word is spelt wrong, bravo. I don't thing information should be given to these little kids, I may only be 16 but atleast I can spell the word "know". ---Edit--- Here is a translation if anyone needs it. "Does anybody know some good hardware hacks?" But really make an effort to spell correctly. If I were ever to be made a mod on any forum I would probably end up going post to post fixing spelling errors.

You do not know how strick my school is... they are instaling video camras over the summer. If you were a admin at my school I'm sure you would be fine with it but my admins are horrible. They have even started put the program Netsupport on our computers.

But the thing about that is that I have some files that I put on the C: drive. I know that they haven't found out about me doing this because I also found some security warning thing, and I'm not on it.

Well it's pretty hard for me right now. 1. I could get kicked off the computers (that I need for class) 2. My school's website is down so I can't get any of the emails.

I'm still debating this in my mind. It's easy for other people to just tell me to go to an admin.

Well before I do anything I need to get on a computer at school and erase my tracks.

I still can't say that I agree. This exploit has been available for about 6-7 years, and as far as I know I am the only one to find it out. I'll think about telling an admin.

Yes to the Second point, and its not just about my school its more about my ethics. Would it be right for me to give your debit card and pin number to a random person? It wouldn't affect me but I still would be doing something wrong.

I don't think that someone is going to come to my school and damage the network. My school's computers are in pretty high lockdown I would think that some people on this forum have a school like mine. At my school you can only run programs that are from the C: drive everything else is blocked, we can't even right click. By being able to run any program I have given myself some nice power and I don't need it falling into the wrong hands. Example: At the start of this year they had an account called the WHIMIS account. Someone discovered that you could open cmd on this account. This information falls into the wrong hands and suddenly computer labs are being completly shut down by remote. Later the WHIMIS account is removed from my every schools network in my distric.

You can't fight the government that way. Someone could go and stab Bush, but then Bush would just be replaced and more security would be put out. By the way, no country is really free... did you see what was happening in New York right after 9/11. Your only as free as your government desides.

I doubt that anyone from my school reads this forum, but I am the only person that I can trust to use this responsivly. I like to break through school security but I don't want to bring any harm.

Well for most people they try to get to the site to play games and such, but for me getting past the schools network is a game. --They block sites -I start putting a . at the end of the url --They block that -I start using proxies --They block proxies -I find the post about alevelwork.com --I win that round On Friday I topped myself and got into the C: drive now I can install MSN, Firefox, snes emulator, w/e I want. Today was the end of the year, but god I'm going to have some fun next year. P.S. Sorry but I'm not going to say how I got into the C: drive, people start mis-using it, then it will end up being patched.
