Cool info that may interest some verizon DSL users

Just listing pages that I found, that was not listed in the UI of the 192.168.1.1 page for some reason

PS verizon dsl is offering upgrades from 3.0Mbits to 7.1Mbits    (this increases the monthly fee to 39.95 a month, from the 29.95 for the 3.0 Mbit package)  if you have verizon DSL and are willing to deal with a $39.95 a month fee  then call verizon for the upgrade  1800-567-6789

PS the 7.1Mbit DSL is mostly available in places where verizon fios is not available to

Was messing around in the telnet for the free router that verizon gives you  with the DSL service ( Actiontec GT704WG )

As many users of the router may notice, the features listed in the 192.168.1.1 page seems very limited, but a quick search through telnet will show all sorts of goodies.
