G-Stress Posted October 2, 2007 Share Posted October 2, 2007 Hmmm... I'm doing MCSE now by TestOut and the beginning lesson is I believe 70- 228 which is about SQL. Problem is they cover SQL Server 2000 in the training. Now I'm running XP Pro SP2 and I assume SQL just isn't compatible with XP? I'm a bit confused I have never messed with SQL before and their using Enterprise Manager to configure. I was unable to install SQL 2000 I'm sure cause im running XP, but was able to install Enterprise Manager, but couldn't get it to connect with SQL Server 2005. SQL Server 2005 came with the copy of VB 2005 when I installed it. I'm trying to study and work along with the course, but it's hard when I can't do what the trainer is doing... :? Any advice?
