digip Posted July 30, 2007 Share Posted July 30, 2007 Has anyone here been able to get LCARS24 to run in a VM? I have yet to be able to get it to run on either Win98 or XP in a VM. I have an older pc I am going to put dos on just to see if it will run, but I wanted to see it in action before wiping the pc out just to run LCARS. I get one screen in VMware and then it freezes and I have to kill the VM. I think its because it can't render properly with the graphics card through a VM. Not sure if maybe its my version of Vm Workstation, but I was reading that the latest version will actually let you do the flip3d in Vmware for Vista, so I may need to upgrade.
