comments on commercial password crackers

As part of a business project I'm evaluating password recovery/cracking tools for things like word docs and zip files.

I'm playing with some of the open source tools but there are a lot of commercial ones out there claiming to deliver the world so I thought I'd ask if anyone has used any.

I know that some have free trials and demos but nothing beats real world testing and feedback.

So, any comments on any apps please.

I'm after things like speed, features included/missing, tech support etc.
