Hello I recently made a purchase on 11/30/23.  Shipping method Economy (3-9 Day, Insured, Tracked). The order started moving from Bloomington, CA on 12/3/23. It arrived at a shipping facility on 12/7/23. The package tracking has hauled at this location. I believe it to be lost in transit. While navigating the hak5 site I stumbled across the atrocious customer support section, followed all instructions…. And the automated system deadheads me with no way to move forward with this situation. I’d appreciate a conversation with a human to figure out a resolution to this. 
 

I would have gladly paid $$$ to overnight ship. But now we’re here.
