I've tried to call their number, and I get a response saying the number can't be reached. I've tried their email, and the site doesn't recognize my phone#, email, or order number. I've attempted Facebook page via messenger and it responds with the profile isn't monitored but offers me the link to their website. How in the heck do I proceed with a damage clam?
