Unable to get an internet connection on Shark Jack

I am unable to get the Shark Jack to get an internet connection. Running latest firmware. Have gone through about every forum and website that addresses this issue. Still can't seem to get it to work. Ping 8.8.8.8 results in network unreachable. 

This is on my home network, nothing fancy. DHCP server is up, via Xfinity. Firewall looks fine...nothing blocking there. 

Tried on every device I own. Reset everything. It just won't connect to the internet. I also used a hotspot on my phone and connected my laptop to that, then tried. Same result. 

Any thoughts on what is causing this?

I’ve already read through all of the shark Jack topics in here. None fixed the issue. Serial does not seem to work with this SJC.
