Can I use the bash bunny I with an adapter?

I would like to use the bash bunny I to inject a keylogger that can remotely send keystrokes. However the target computer is a Mac laptop with no USB ports (only has C type of ports). Can I use an adapter or would this prevent the BB I from doing its work? Any specific brand of adapter that I should look up? Thanks
