Random SSID names collected

Hi,

I left Pineapple 2.1.1 running to collect SSIDs. In less than 24 hrs it collected  over 2000 SSIDs and most of them look random. Was it something on my end, or is it a bug? How do I clear all SSIDs at once?

Something may be spoofing SSIDs.

naaa i get them too.. I think there is something broken inside of the pineapple code that messes up things..

Strange. To me it looks like MDK3/4 is spawning fake AP's to throw a black hat off the trail. Perhaps it is a hardware failure.. not sure.

I realize this is an old post, but I have the same issue.  Also, I can't remove many of these via the web UI.  Any idea where the file is stored?  Perhaps editing via CLI may work?

The SSID pool should be stored in

/etc/pineapple/pineapple.db

Possible to work with it either directly on the Pineapple using some relevant tool (such as Python) or transfer a copy to a PC and edit it there. It's in sqlite3 format.
