Hi! I’m trying to reach out to anyone who can help me. I ordered a pineapple WiFi thing from HAK5 on the 5th and according to the website it hasn’t shipped yet. However I ordered a rubber ducky a few days later and it has shipped. I have emailed support twice now and have heard nothing. What do I do? This is what my husband wanted for Christmas.
