Lot of packets lost when connected

Hello,

 

As soon as I connect the paquet squirrel to the network I get a lot of packets lost when I ping the target.

Worst, if i plug back the ethernet cable to the device (a printer), I still lost ping. I have to power off and power on again my switch to make ping stable.

Any idea about the cause?
