You can follow the instructions here https://docs.hak5.org/hc/en-us/articles/360025819673-Manual-Firmware-Installation If you're able to isolate the issue to firmware 2.6.2, please let us know and we'll see if there isn't a configuration change or dependency that has caused it to stop working.
