Bash Bunny stay in solid green after firmware update

Hi all,

After receiving my Bash Bunny and after reading docs on this forum and in others, I started playing with it and found it awesome.
Needing to play with Metasploit I decided to update my firmware to the latest one (From 1.0 to 1.6)
I followed exactly what was described and used bunny updater, but after many tries, BB want update and stay on firmware 1.0_xxx

I decided to follow the Unbrick guide in this forum ( https://forums.hak5.org/topic/42048-ultimate-bash-bunny-unbricking-guide/) to reset my BB and start from scratch.

After doing Step 4 and Step 5 (it means changing the switch position) my bash bunny completed the operation but when I did the step 7 (unplug and re-plug) my BB now stay in solid green state and does not do anything other.

I tried many manipulations, nothing worked for me.
Can you please help.

Thanks a lot
Regards

I ended up doing the following steps below:

1. Reformat the Bash Bunny.

2. Do a factory reset: https://docs.hak5.org/hc/en-us/articles/360023739914-Factory-Reset.

3. Download the ch_fw_1.6_305.tar.gz firmware - or whatever firmware version you need - from: https://downloads.hak5.org/bunny.  Put the tar.gz on the Bash Bunny, but don't unzip the file.

4. Safely eject the Bash Bunny and let the firmware update complete.

5. Once this has been completed, you can download and copy over the Bash Bunny payloads from GitHub (https://github.com/hak5/bashbunny-payloads) and/or install the .deb tools like Impacket, Responder, etc. (https://forums.hak5.org/topic/40971-info-tools).
