Running Responder Cause Issue's for the End Users?

Hello, I would like to do some test on our production network using Responder and was wondering if it could cause network issues for the end users? Thanks in advance.

Yes, it can break things.

Sounds like you don't know what the tool does otherwise this would be fairly obvious. Do your research, read what it does and how it works and you should be able to answer your own question.
