Has anyone here heard of NING.com ?

I have a ning account, Ning allows you to create your own community website, with video, photos, and groups. The video section of the site is my favorite becuase it creates a youtube like site with custom video players with your name on the player. Really nice site, and it being free is nice to. Mine is http://haroldsearchnetworksvideo.ning.com/
