You need something that can output at least 18w but no more than 24w.

Calculate the wattage it outputs by multiplying the volts by the amps. For example; if it says 5v@2A it is outputting 20 watts and will work.

If you look at the tech details for a power bank they usually list the combined output of all ports, usually by stating a voltage and an amperage.
