USB Rubber Ducky DFU mode

I have attempted to put my Rubber Ducky into DFU mode and I have been unsuccessful. I have plugged the USB into my computer (Windows 10) while holding down the small black button. I have tried this with and without the SD card inserted into the duck.

When doing it without a SD card is the LED on or off?

 

Maybe your button is broken?

If you take the "Hello World"-script from USB-Rubber-Ducky-Github

DELAY 2000 CTRL ESC DELAY 2000 STRING notepad.exe ENTER DELAY 2000 STRING HELLO WORLD!!! ENTER 

And when it's done press the replay button to see if it works to replay.

Then you know if the button is broken or not and if it is open a support case with hak5

When I attempt to flash the duck without SD card, there is no LED.

 

And I was able to execute the Hello World payload twice with the replay button, so my button isnt broken.

 

Any other ideas?
