Network is unreachable

Recommended Posts

Hi,

Just upgraded to a Nano, however after configuring it via wp.sh I'm getting the message 'Network is unreachable' when trying to do anything, I'm unable to access anything.  If I disconnect the nano my network comes back fully.

My routing table before WifiPineapple:

Kernel IP routing table
Destination     Gateway         Genmask         Flags Metric Ref    Use Iface
default         gateway         0.0.0.0         UG    100    0        0 eth0
172.16.161.0    0.0.0.0         255.255.255.0   U     100    0        0 eth0

My routing table once nano is connected:

Kernel IP routing table
Destination Gateway Genmask Flags Metric Ref Use Iface
172.16.42.0 0.0.0.0 255.255.255.0 U 100 0 0 eth1
172.16.161.0 0.0.0.0 255.255.255.0 U 100 0 0 eth0

I'm connected to my Kali instance in a VMWare VM.

Any ideas?

Marcus

The nano uses wp6.sh, have you downloaded the latest version from GitHub?

Also, there have been times where I had to configure manually with wp6.sh, and I had to reconnect to wifi after if I wasn't connected over Ethernet. This only happened with ParrotOS for me. Kali and Ubuntu worked with Guided setup perfectly.

Are you connected over WiFi or Ethernet? Have you tried both manual and Guided setup? I found I had to wait until the LED was solid and the Pineapple was fully booted before sharing internet. Over WiFi, I had to reconnect to the Wifi access point after sharing internet when using Parrot.
