PRINTSCREEN not working

For some reasons the PRINTSCREEN don't work, I don't understand why, if someone can help me it would be great. I have a french keyboard.

where do i find the keyboard.properties ?

In your resources folder of the Rubber Ducky encoder or here 

Make sure you encode your payload using the 

-l fr

flag.

How do I encode a payload with flag given please ?

For example for this wallpaper prank payload :

java -jar encoder.jar -i yourpayload.txt -o inject.bin -l <your-language>

Replace <your-language> with the appropiate keyboard layout in your case fr .
