Was sent the wrong item

Is there another way to contact the Hakshop other than the support site? I put in a ticket about receiving a $20 WIFI antenna instead of my Wifi Pineapple TETRA Tactical Edition (Which I was charged for) on 3/31. The ticket is assigned to Jayson but I have yet to hear back from anyone.

That's the official way. Jayson and Sara run the Hakshop, just the two of them. Seb may see the topic and have a look, or he may not.


Unfortunately all I can advise is patience.
