Want to learn, dont know how, and where

So, i dont know much... I mean, i know what is VPM,VM and so on ... but when im whatching hack5 tips, i cannot understand anything (tips=for begginers, acording to one of their videos)

I want to know where to learn basics... like basics of basics, i know that is good to have linux, have knowlage of programing etc..

Where do i start?

 

BTW Im learning C++ at the moment, on the internet, I dont have any classes of programing in my school.

Firstly, learn to use the search function. I don't say that unkindly, just that trust me this gets asked a lot. A search throws up the topic I've linked below.
