Usb isnt working on my laptop

The usb rubberducky is working on all the machines i tested on

but on my win 7 laptop it just act like a regular usb and when i plug it i get the auto play menu if i want to open the usb drive

any idea why on this machine its not recognize as the rubber ducky and dosnt execute the payloads now im trying the hello world payload
