Win 10 ICS not working

Hello,

I've just bought a WiFi Pineapple Mark IV, and I am having difficultly getting it to access the internet, I have followed the video tutorial on what to do on Windows 7, and tried this on both Windows 7 and Windows 10 and I still get the error Internet IP: Error Connecting

I'm not sure what else to do as I am not sure if I am able to use it to do anything with it in its current state.

I thought that despite it being the previous version I could still use it.

It just can't connect to wifipineapple website to get the public ip due to some technical difficulties (probably beacuse of added ssl and changes in their website). Hopefully they'll fix it soon. You can check if you really have an internet connection by SSHing in your WiFiPineapple and then trying to ping some host. You can issue a ping command somewhere in web gui too.

Thank you for the reply it is indeed now working, have managed to update the firmware to the latest one also.
