Black_Ice
Just got MKV with a Pineapple juice 15000 and looks like the battery wont take a charge. It has 4 LED's on the side and I left it over night with the supplied power supply and the indicator keeps flashing half way charged. Any one also having this problem? tormod54
Same ting happend here ! The cable to the battery inside had a bad solder connection and made no connection. Resolder and it takes charge. Do not be afraid to open the case , use plastic tools , on mine there was no glue holding the battery. Good luck!
Darren Kitchen
Yikes! Or just contact us - shop@hak5.org - and we'll get you sorted. ...though if you do have photos of the bad solder connection I can bring this up with our manufacturer. That shouldn't be happening! Sending it back isn't a option for me, mailing would cost me more than buying another powerpack. (I live across the pond)
