how to sniff all unencrypted wireless data?

How can I setup my pineapple to just sniff as many packets that are on open wireless networks? and can sniff multiple channels ideally.

I see what you're asking but I don't know that the pineapple does that unless it's a function of say airodump-ng that I'm not familiar with. Normally you attach to the unencrypted wireless and run tcpdump... You can check out the pcap files latter in wireshark.
