ZaraByte Posted October 16, 2013 Share Posted October 16, 2013 So, Kinda curious if anyone has any recommendations on where and what enclosure to get for an Ubertooth One The fact that its exposed to the elements just scares me to wanna spend $119 on it and then have it get damaged due to someones spit or misty or anything wet touching the board. Also i don't really wanna mess around with like shrink wrap kinda looking for a box it can go in like most wireless dongles are in. not worried too much if i can't see the lights on it. Guest spazi Posted October 17, 2013 Share Posted October 17, 2013 (edited) I've seen someone use a d-link wifi usb enclosure to make the ubertooth look more normal, and protecting the pcb :) Has to be something long enough. Would be cool if someone could make a case from 3d printing. Kinda reminds me of why I want a 3d printer! Works just fine, and it's been riding in my everyday carry backpack for months with no issue. I cut out a piece so I could still see the lights too.
