c_brew Posted September 23, 2012 Share Posted September 23, 2012 (edited) I am trying to make a usb multipass with backtrack 5 r3 on it but have failed do to an error when booting bt5 up, i am using the latest version of grub (grldr) and no matter what i try i get this error (initramfs) Unable to find a medium containing a live file system[/CODE]my menu.lst is [CODE]color green/black black/greentimeout 60title BackTrack 5root(bd)kernel /bt5/casper/vmlinuz file=/cdrom/preseed/custom.seed boot=casper text splash vga=791--initrd /bt5/casper/initrd.gz[/CODE]can someone please help, i have looked through other posts regarding this but they seemed not to workthanks Edited September 23, 2012 by c_brew Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
