Posted September 18, 2011 Share Posted September 18, 2011 So i was just wondering if their is a way to set the pineapple to use a wifi connection to my laptop as the internet connection instead of using a wired connection? this would make it much easier to hide the device while i watch the traffic come across. Unless you have a model with 2 radios in it, I wouldn't recommend doing it. I wire mine directly to my laptop and leave it out in the open. Most people now a days wont even question you. Or just put it inside something like a plastic pineapple and say it's a novelty USB devices. Or paint it black and say it's your mobile hotspot for your devices.
