I can't remember what file to edit to let packets/traffic go through you. Can you please help?

Or do you mean promiscuous mode on your wireless card?

ARP spoofing, well more like DNS spoofing, but yeah they go hand-in-hand. I know you have to like uncomment a file in /usr/ I think, but I can't remember which one.
