In the future, I would like to pursue a career in information security. Would one of these two course paths be more useful to me than the other? below I've included links describing the two degrees. IT course description CS course description My gut instinct tells me that IT would be the proper choice, but the input of someone currently active in the industry would be very greatly appreciated.
