BlueWyvern Posted September 26, 2009 Posted September 26, 2009 Hey guys, I have my laptop dual booting windows 7 RC1 and Mac OS X... or at least it was dual booting when I had XP on there. I did the update to 7 and BAM! now I can't access it. I have found a way to get it to boot but I need the efi file from the mac partition. I immediately thought "Sounds like a Job for Trinity Rescue Kit!" To my dismay however it does not support hfs or hpfs or whatever the mac filesystem is called (I Can't remember off the top of my head). anyone have any ideas how I can get read access to that mac partition? whether its through a live boot CD (other than the Mac OS X disc because I can't find mine) or a Windows App that can read it. Thanks in advance! Quote
Sparda Posted September 26, 2009 Posted September 26, 2009 Ubuntu can read/write hfs and hfs+ file systems. Quote
