Jasager without FON?

hello hak5 fans.. cool show - herd it from some forum and did all seasons marathon - watched it all - I'm currently at S05E06 and this is in about 2 weeks from S01E01..

Anyway very very cool show - now I have a question - here in Israel we don't have FON's.. The internet hack community not too big so no answer at the local internet.. So - is there a way to run Jasager without FON? One of the episodes I think Darren said that its posible with 2 wifi cards or something - can you help me or at least point me in the right direction?
