I got the OpenWRT firmware installed, and got the X-WRT web interface installed. Going through the webif install, it is looking for a package to update from the internet, but it cannot connect to the internet. I don't know why it wouldn't connect to the internet. I think I read somewhere that the firewall by default is setup so that all ports are closed. I want to open it to the internet so I can do some updates. Does anyone have any ideas or advice? If you've got openwrt on then connecting to the net is ok, it is only while it has the fonera firmware on that it is an issue.
