  1. Hey guys, I know this topic doesn't sound to entertaining but I am looking for a good software/video based training suite for Microsoft Office 2007. This is going to be used for employees at my company that need some added education on how to use Office 2007. I'm guessing a lot of you guys on here probably have been in the same situation, so i figured id throw this out there and see if i could find some leads.

    Thanks again!

PS: Mod's - my appoligies if i put this in the wrong section...

  2. im pretty sure you can get webmarshall free for 30days, set it up on a box and target your problem child until your told to stop. and don't forget to get authorization before doing any sort of monitoring, this could back fire and make you lose your job...

webmarshall kinda sucks for a permenant solution, i used it before, but its the only one i can think of off the top of my head.

also make him a normal user while your doing this so he cannot modify browser proxy settings and bypass it...

    g/l

  3. Im trying to remotely execute a .exe over my windows 2003 network. Basically i just need to know what tool i should be using for this. I was trying to use pstools but i dont think i have the syntax correct. this is what im typing...

    psexec \\examplepc -c c:\examplefile.exe

My understanding of the command tells me that this should run a file located on my machine on a remote machine.

i keep getting error code 0 or error code 1

Does anyone know what the heck im doing wrong lol... or if there is a simpler way to perform this task?

  4. OK, in laymans terms fuzz testing is a technical way of testing your application by sending in an army of small children who will then push random buttons and click anything that moves, and then looking for unexpected results. For vulnerability testing this will allow you to see if sending a particular chunk of data to a particular input has a result of allowing you to do something you shouldn't. This is like yelling random words and numbers at a person and finding that "yellow 4 fish dog trouser press 9" makes them drop there wallet.

Reverse engineering is a process where you take a finished application, and work out what it does, how it does it and then aim towards replicating all of this in your own application.

    appreciate the analogy.

  5. Can anyone elaborate on the downfalls of Remote Desktop, with the built in windows application, third party solutions, etc.

intel vPro, supposedly can flash a bios while the computer is off??? wtf?

Thank you, i am currently doing a project for school, and i know you guys always have some great ideas!

  6. I aggree moonlit,

I imagine this would be nice in the enterprise world as well.

Perhaps someone should capitalize on this idea. I guess ill just wait to see if a crafty programmer stumbles across this thread.

    ...

    ^_^

    EDIT:

Damn that was a fast find lol...Thanks ill check it out!

  7. Hey guys, kind of off the wall question,

I currently have a samsung i760, but im asking this as a general question.

Is it possible to take a smart phone customize it, then image it (aka ghost), this way i can revert back to it in the future? I do alot of playing around with this thing and it would be awesome if this was possible.

    Thanks!
